Provision for sanitary ware will be € 2000 for each flat.
- External main door of flats will be coating in white color, based on fire service approval.
- Interior Doors from MDF Lacquered purchase value €265.
- Kitchen will be a choice of byer purchase value and placing € 3000.
- The cover of granite countertops will be worth € 1000 purchase to installation.
- Bedrooms cabinets: Depends on the architectural drawings. The frame will be made of white melamine and lacquered MDF doors value of € 160/sq.m.
- Kitchen handles counters and bedrooms cabinets will be purchase value of € 4 each. Locks for interior doors with handles purchase value of € 50 each and external door with handle purchase value of € 60.
The aluminum is colored silver with double glass low in and series MU3200.
Electrical radiators will be installed type ATLANTIC F117P.
Pipe in pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER
For each flat capacity of 150 liters, solar brand.
- Provision for A/C: Four points for 3 bedroom flats and 3 points for 2 bedroom flats.
- Video entry system to all flats purchase value € 250(include installation).
- Will be placing independent pressure system for all flats.
- Will be installed glass railings on the balconies.
- Will be installed electrical external shutters in all bedrooms windows.(choice of architect).
- Hall: six plugs, one TV spot, one telephone point, two lighting points.
