- Bathrooms-WC: ceramic value €20/sq.m up to the lintel.
- Kitchen wall granite: It will be placed in the intermediate where there are counters. Granite height 0.60 cm. Purchase and installation value €150/sq.m.
The amount of provision for the sanitary ware will be €3,500 for the whole apartment. (Includes WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, sink mixer, trough, trough mixer, bath accessories)
- External main door of flats will be coating in white colour, based on fire service approval.
- Interior Doors from MDF Lacquered, purchase value €265 (Italian origin).
- Kitchen: purchase and installation value €5,000 (Italian origin).
• The cover of the benches will be granite, purchase and installation value €200/sq.m.
• Cabinets: According to the plans. The frame will be made of white melamine and the doors open from plywood lined, purchase and installation value €200/sq.m. (Italian origin)
The aluminium will be silver or black energy glass of MU3000 THERMAL series. (Changes are not acceptable).
Underfloor heating with heat pump will be installed. (Haier brand)
Pipe in pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER
For each apartment capacity of 150 litres.
- Provision for A/C: Four points for 3 bedroom apartment and 3 points for 2 bedroom apartment.
- Video entry system to all apartments.
- Will be placing independent pressure system for all flats, purchase and installation value €250.
- Will be installed glass railings on the balconies.
- Will be installed electrical external shutters in all bedrooms windows.(Choice of the architect and changes are not acceptable).

- Provision for wireless security alarm.
5 cm polystyrene will be placed on the roof for thermal insulation as well as 4 mm parchment paper for waterproofing.
