FRAME

To be constructed of reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-earthquake regulations. (Changes are not acceptable except of the civil engineer of the project)

MASONRY

The external walls will be made of thermal insulated bricks 25 cm and inner walls will be made of perforated brick 10 cm.

PLASTERING

There will be three coats of plaster both inside and outside. (8 cm polystyrene will be placed on the outside).

PAINTWORK

Interior emulsion paint colour white and exterior paint santex for exterior use (Choice of the architect).

FLOORS
  • Living Room – Dining Room – Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase value €30/sq.m.
  • Bedrooms: Ceramic, purchase and placement value €30/sq.m
  • Verandas: Ceramic value €30/sq.m
  • Bathrooms – WC: ceramic value €25/sq.m up to lintel.
  • Kitchen wall tiles: They will be placed in the middle where there are counters. Height of ceramics 0.60 cm. purchase value €30/sq.m.
SANITARY WARE

The provision amount for sanitary ware will be €2,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment and €3,000 for a 3 bedroom apartment. (Includes: WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, sink mixer, trough, trough mixer, bath accessories).

CARPENTRY WORK:(WOOD)
  • The entrance door of the apartments will be a security door of external origin. Provision amount €1.300.
  • The interior doors are covered with veneer. Purchase value €300.
  • The kitchen will be optional, purchase and installation value €4,000
  • The countertops will be granite, purchase and installation value €1.200.
  • Cabinets: According to the plans. The frame will be made of white melamine and the opening doors will be made of veneer, purchase and installation value €190/sq.m.
  • Handles for cabinets and kitchen counters, purchase amount €300.
ALUMINUM

The aluminum will be charcoal colored with low in double glass and MU3000 series . (Changes are not acceptable).

CENTRAL HEATING

Electric heaters up to operation, type ATLANTIC F117P . Five points for a 3 bedroom apartment and four points for a 2 bedroom apartment.

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION

Pipe in pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

For each apartment, with a capacity of 180 litres (BRAND: SOLAR)

OTHER INFORMATION
  • Provision for A/C intubation only. Four points for a 3 bedroom apartment and three points for a 2 bedroom apartment.
  • Video entry system to all apartments.
  • Will be placing independent pressure system for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
  • Will be installed glass railings on all the balconies.
  • Electric shutters will be installed in all the windows of the bedrooms. (The choice will be made by the architect and changes are not acceptable).
ELECTRICALLY
  • Living Room: six plugs, one TV spot, one telephone point, two lighting points.
