The external walls will be of insulated bricks 25 cm and external walls will be perforated brick 10 cm.
There will be three coats of plaster both inside and outside. Εxterior will be thermal facade with polystyrene 8 cm.
Interior emulsion paint color white and exterior paint santex for outdoor use (Choice of the architect).

- Bedrooms: Ceramic, purchase and placement value €25/sq.m
- Verandas: Ceramic value €15/sq.m
- Bathrooms-WC: ceramic value €17/sq.m up to 2.40 cm.
- Ceramic Wall Kitchen: In between counters. Height of ceramics will be 0,60 cm purchase value of €17/sq.m.
Provision for sanitary ware will be €1,200 for the whole apartment. (Includes: WC, WB, shower mixer, sink mixer, trough, trough mixer, bath accessories, shower door) and €2,000 for the 2-bedroom apartments.
- External main door of flats will be coating in white colour, based on fire service approval.
- Interior Doors will be laminate, purchase value €265/each.
- Kitchen: purchase and installation value €1,500 for a 1 bedroom apartment and €1,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
- The countertops will be granite, purchase and installation value €600 for a 1 bedroom apartment and €1,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
- Bedrooms cabinets: According the architectural drawings. The frame will be made of white melamine and the doors (opening) laminate, purchase and installation value of €160/sq.m.
- Cabinets with handles, purchase price: €4/each. Locks of internal doors with the handle, purchase price €50/each and outside door with the handle, purchase price €60. (Included in the above price).
The aluminium is coloured silver with double glass low in, series MU3000. (Changes are not acceptable)
Electric radiators up to operation, type ATLANTIC F117P. Five points for a 3 bedroom apartment and three points for a 1 bedroom apartment.
Pipe in pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER
For each apartment, capacity 180 litres of SOLAR brand.
- Provision for A/C intubation only. Four points for a 3 bedroom apartment and two points for a 1 bedroom apartment.
- Video entry system to all apartments.
- Will be placing independent pressure system for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
- Will be installed glass railings on the balconies.
- Will be installed electrical external shutters in all bedrooms windows.(Choice of the architect and changes are not acceptable).
- Hall: six plugs, one TV spot, one telephone point, two lighting points.
- Kitchen: six plugs and six heaters for appliances, two lighting points.
- Rooms: four plugs, a TV spot, a lighting point, a telephone point.
- Corridor: a plug, a lighting point.
Οn the roof will be placed 5 cm for thermal insulation as well as parchment 4 mm in the waterproofing
