FRAME
To be constructed of reinforced concrete. The entire construction will be based on anti-earthquake regulations. (Changes are not acceptable except of the civil engineer of the project)
MASONRY
The external walls will be made of thermal insulated bricks 25 cm and the inner walls will be made of perforated brick 10 cm.
PLASTERING
There will be three coats of plaster both inside and outside. (It will be made of thermal façade made of 8 cm thick polystyrene)
PAINTWORK
Interior emulsion paint colour white and exterior paint santex for outdoor use (Choice of the architect).
FLOORS
- Living Room – Dining Room – Kitchen: Ceramic, purchase value €30/sq.m.
- Bedrooms: Laminate, purchase and installation value €30/sq.m
- Verandas: Ceramic – market value €20/sq.m
- Bathrooms – WC: ceramic – market value €30/sq.m up to lintel.
- Kitchen Wall: Granite will be placed in between where there are counters.
SANITARY WARE
The provision for sanitary ware will be €3.000 for the whole apartment. (Includes: WC, WB, bath mixer, shower mixer, sink mixer, trough, trough mixer, bath accessories). All WC will be wall mounted.
CARPENTRY WORK: (WOOD)
- The entrance door of the apartments will be security shielded by Gabstore Company with the approval of the Fire Service. Provision amount €1.300.
- The mezzanines will be lacquered. Purchase value €300 (Italian Origin)
- The Kitchen will be optional. Purchase and installation value €7.000 (Italian Origin)
- The countertops will be granite, purchase and installation value €1.500.
- Cabinets: According to the plans. The frame will be made of white melamine and the doors will be lacquered sliding, purchase and installation value €230/sq.m. (Italian origin)
ALUMINUM
The aluminium will be carbon coloured with double thermal insulation glass and MU3000 series. (Changes are not acceptable)
CENTRAL HEATING
Underfloor heating with heat pump will be installed (TYPE: ARISTON)
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
Pipe in pipe system will be used for hot and cold water.
SOLAR WATER HEATER
For each apartment, with a capacity of 180 litres (BRAND: VALENTINES)
OTHER INFORMATION
- Provision for A/C intubation only. Four points
- Video entry system for all apartments.
- Will be placing independent pressure system for all apartments. Purchase and installation value €250.
- Glass railing will be installed on all balconies.
- Electric shutters will be installed in all the windows of the bedrooms. (The choice will be made by the architect and changes are not acceptable).
